About Our Team

Steve Croft

Steve Croft is a licensed Realtor and Property Manager, specializing in the White Rock/South Surrey area, operating out of the Croft Agencies office. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate and related areas of building, development, and property management. Primarily, his current area of focus is the development of land in the South Surrey/White Rock area. He works closely with a group of investors to develop sub-divisions. At this time, his location is a sub-division known as Elgin Brook Estates. In the past, Steve was responsible for the development and sale of Rosemary West located to the west of 152nd Street and 34th Avenue. He is extremely knowledgeable about city development and the upcoming progress of the 24th Avenue corridor upgrades. Realtors, clients, and builders consult with him on a regular basis.

Steve is a family man and father of six children who enjoys hobbies such as golf, baseball, and the on-going renovation of his heritage home located in Langley. He is an advocate of helping people and is a man who likes to assist those who are in need.

Lynda Croft

Lynda Croft is a licensed Realtor and Property Manager working out of the same Croft Agencies office. She has approximately six years of experience in this field, having come from a background in the field of Science and Research. Her involvement in Real Estate and Property Management was as a result of recognizing a need of excellent service for people in the area of Property Management, and to support her husband with their family-owned business. Most recently, due to the demand in the Real Estate industry and people approaching her for Real Estate assistance, Lynda acquired her Real Estate license. She currently assists her husband in the area of new development.

Lynda's hobbies include Interior Design, which she provides as a service to her builder clients only. Additional hobbies include a passion for golf and raising and showing her Rottweiler dogs.

Rick Woolley, Licensed Managing Broker, Property Manager and Realtor

Rick Woolley is currently a licensed Managing Broker, Property Manager, Strata Manager and Realtor with over 15 years of experience in real estate sales and sales management. Rick graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics, subsequently joining a multinational manufacturing company advancing to the position of Canadian Manager for two corporate divisions throughout Canada. In this position he traveled extensively in North America and was responsible nationally for the sales and marketing of a variety of commercial products.

After becoming a Realtor, Rick advanced to become the Managing Broker for Realty World and Prudential Realty in the White rock/South Surrey area. He has continued to work in residential sales, commercial sales, property development and project sales. With experience and a good sense of the economic forces driving the real estate industry, he is able to offer clients the very best insights into the current trends within the industry. He also offers a considerable menu of services, and the highest level of professionalism and customer service in pursuit of his client goals.

Rick and his wife Heather have resided in South Surrey for 20 years and enjoy the Peninsula lifestyle. They participate in many local fund raising and community service events through two local service clubs as well as enjoying a healthy interest in golf.

Heather Woolley, Realtor

After an award-winning career in commercial sales throughout Western Canada and upon moving to the White Rock area, Heather entered the Real Estate Industry. As a licensed Realtor and Property Manager, she has enjoyed a successful career selling all forms of residential real estate over the past 18 years. Heather's loyal clients continually comment on her ability to provide extra service and support whenever situations arise that require innovative solutions. Heather is very active in her community, participating in many worthwhile local projects as President of the local Kiwanis Club and as a proud Director of the Peninsula Arts foundation. She has a strong belief in community involvement in support of the many that need help. She is well known for providing the highest level of professionalism and service to her customers.

Sheri Mountain, Rental Property Manager

Sheri Mountain has been part of the Croft Agencies Team since 2001 having started out as the administrative assistant to Lynda Croft. Later, Sheri went on to achieve both her Rental Property and Strata Management designations.

Sheri has lived locally all her life and believes this to be a great asset to out-of-Province investors and potential tenants. Sheri chooses to stick with Rental Property Management as she enjoys finding her valued clientele appropriate venues that they can call "home". Sheri's rental portfolio consists of individual rental homes, town homes and condos for which she handles all aspects of this service. Additionally, Sheri oversees communiques to investor owners which include monthly financial details with respect to their investment portfolio.

Two school-aged sons and two four-legged kids keep Sheri busy. Her family enjoys sports, spending quality time outdoors, and camping whenever they can.

Don Cook, Strata Manager

Don spent 25 years living in California and returned to Canada two years ago bringing 20 years experience working for Mortgage Banking institutions in the areas of Loan Servicing, Quality Assurance Auditing, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Default Management & Loss Mitigation to the Croft Agency team.

Don is world traveled, having lived in several different countries and visiting dozens more. He recently became engaged to his fiancee Jill and is looking forward to a honeymoon later this year in another exotic location.

Cory Nordee, Administrative Assistant

Cory Nordee has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past six years doing various jobs ranging from administrative assistant/receptionist to project hostess. Working with some very successful realtors has left Cory with a vast understanding of different procedures and techniques.

Currently, Cory is assisting the Rental Property Management side of Croft Agencies Property Management Division and hosting show homes for the Real Estate development project sites. Cory's current challenges include providing prospectus to new home buyers as well as keeping investment owners informed of current market trends and providing seasonal notices to all tenants. Cory maximizes her time at show homes by developing floor plans, highlight sheets, power point presentations, and ideas to contribute to the company's brainstorming sessions.

Cory enjoys golfing, reading, and is a hockey fanatic who loves to travel with friends and family to such places as Mexico, Hawaii, and Las Vegas. She is married to Chris and has two adult sons, the eldest Ryan is in Fashion Design and Kyle is an Apprentice Electrician. Cory states, "I have enjoyed raising my kids and look forward to enjoying life and more traveling."

Jacqueline Savage, Forms Department, Conveyancing and Accounting

Jacqueline was born and raised in Liverpool, England and moved to Calgary as a teenager. For the past 20 years, Jacqueline has always been in customer-service-based environments as she "loves to work with people" and is always excited to grow and learn as much as possible. For the past sever years, Jacqueline has called British Columbia home, where her two children keep her running and watching their soccer games. Art & travel are Jacqueline's interests as she "enjoys the journey!"

Jackie Zehr, Maintenance Coordinator

Jacqueline was born and raised in Vancouver and has lived in the White Rock area for the last 10 years. Jacqueline has spent most of her career in the customer service and trades based field .

Jacqueline is just recently new to Croft Agencies and will be assisting the property managers to help coordinate in the daily running of the strata buildings.

Jacqueline spends most of her time with her three children which keep her on the run. Jacqueline enjoys the outdoors, traveling, family and friends and a good book when there's time.

Asad Syed, Realtor

Has lived and worked in the south surrey/white rock area for the past 13 years. Asad and his wife have three children, and they are very involved in community work. Asad is the President of the White Rock Muslim Assoc. He has traveled to many countries in his life and has extensive experience in construction, renovations, and quality control. Asad holds a degree in Geology and has been a member of the medallion club of realtors. Asad carries both his realtors license and his strata license.

Amy Hu, Accounting

As a Chinese immigrant, Amy has already spent more than five years in the GVRD. Amy joined Croft Agencies last year and with over 10 years of previous experience with Motorola Global Centre she is a definite asset to the team. Amy benefits from ancient oriental philosophy and wisdom but also enjoys the upbeat and diverse culture of White Rock. Amy speaks fluent Mandarin and Japanese and she enjoys traveling, family and friends and movies on Tuesdays!
